A multi-course wine dinner event: Indulge in flavors from Italy paired with wines meant to complement each dish. The wine, food, and pairings will be discussed during your incredible experience.
The Sacred Heart Children's choir will sing in the following locations during their Italian adventure:
- St. Peter’s Basilica, The Vatican in Rome
- Basilica di Santo Spirito, Florence
- Church of the Pietà - Saint Mary of the Visitation, Venice
The choir is composed of children ages 8 to 13 and under the leadership of Choir Director Ms. Pineda.
55% of every ticket purchased will go towards supporting the Sacred Heart Palm Desert Children's Choir performances in Italy this upcoming December 2023.
ABOUT THE CHEF: Andie Hubka is the award-winning Executive Chef and Owner of 3 acclaimed Coachella Valley restaurants - Cork & Fork, Heirloom Craft Kitchen, and Tu Madres Cantina in Indio. Andie was named “Chef of the Year” by Palm Springs Life Magazine and has since gone on to receive critical acclaim for Cork & Fork which is consistently ranked amongst the top restaurants in the Coachella Valley. Recently Andie was named one of the Valley’s 10 most influential women by Coachella Valley Weekly and included in Palm Springs Life Magazine’s 40 under Forty issue as a young community leader and visionary helping to shape our future in the Coachella Valley. In 2019 she had the honor of being asked to cook at the prestigious James Beard House in NYC representing the best Chef’s in the Coachella Valley. That year she was also awarded “Woman of the Year” by the Girlfriend Factor for her charitable contributions and community outreach with groups like the Girlfriend Factor, the FIND Foodbank, the Pendleton Foundation amongst others. Andie has a true passion for food and wine.
